 | We believe you will be delighted with your product from Animal. However, if you are unhappy with the product it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of invoice. If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a return authorization number. You can do this by phoning us toll free at 866-896-8810 or by emailing us at info@animal-usa.com. We cannot accept returned items without prior authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned to us. No return can be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the date the return authorization number was issued. Any item returned must be in the original condition that you received it from us with all packaging and tags intact. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once the product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product. Please note: shipping charges on non-defective returns are not refundable. If you wish to exchange an item you are responsible for the cost of the return postage but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item. If you are returning an item to us for a refund you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will cover the cost of any return postage due. You will be responsible for the item until we receive it. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Please enclose a cover letter with your name, address and daytime phone number, and a description of the problem or the work you would like carried out.
Please enclose a check or money order made payable to "Animal USA" or enclose credit card details with your watch. Please remember to include US$7.50 for shipping and handling.
Please do NOT send us the original box or packaging, as it frequently gets damaged during shipment.
Please note that if you do not use certified or registered mail, and your watch is lost during shipment, we cannot be held liable and will be unable to replace your watch free-of-charge.
